Peltor™ together with PWC announces the DECT-Com II™ operating on the 1.8 GHz DECT Frequency Band which allows up to 9 users to communicate in full duplex within a work team. Peltor DECT-Com II is designed for personnel communications in high noise environments, combining the priorities of team-based communications with the need for personal headsets and ear protection.

In development of the DECT-Com II, Peltor worked closely with industrial and mission-critical users to determine what they needed for improved team based headset solutions for a variety of environments. As a result, the 3M Peltor DECT-Com II provides users with new levels of comfort, clarity and full duplex team-based communications. A unique feature is the ability to connect to an existing two-way radio system for interoperability and cross-team communications.

DECT-Com II users can PTT and instantly talk to any digital or analog on-site radio system. DECT-Com II can be configured for multi-groups and customised for a variety of operational scenarios.
